We purchased a couch at the Laguna hills store. They were helpful but not pushy. We appreciate ******** he was knowledgeable and patient. We have purchased furniture from them before and everything delivery all went well.
This is the second sectional we have had to get through Jeromes, the first was ripped twice upon delivery and backordered so they told us to pick out a different style. 4 months in, in a house with 2 grown adults who rarely use it, and it is coming apart in several places and you can hear the crunch when you sit on it. Mo was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient in completing the sale process. The manager was a bit surly to be in a position of customer service.
