Floor manager was extremely rude and disrespectful!! not helpful .. if it wasnt for my kind sales guy i would have canceled the entire order .. the floor manager should be fired !!

I want to warn good people to be wary of this business. They do not deserve any stars to begin with as they have not resolved the problem they caused on a simple delivery that was not complete for over a month.

I purchased furniture for a new apartment, spending thousand dollars. The sofa I bought I had for a few months and it started falling apart. I purchased a protection plan with all furniture. I called the store and they sent an inspector to see the sofa and it was determined it was damaged. I was later called by the protection company that they would not replace it but order parts to fix it but it would not be until January. I have been waiting for my delivery refund from the ******* location which my sales person **** said he would do. He told me I would have my furniture in 2 weeks if I made no changes ex: fabric or location of the chaise and it took two and a half months. I had to call them when finally getting through. The salesman actually yelled at me on the phone. Yes I was upset and a good sales person would of been able to defuse the situation. ******* from the Chula Vista store was very professional and is an excellent example of what customer service should be at **********************. My wife and I were very happy that she was not pushy and understood what we wanted in a bed mattress. I would recommend her to be a trainer for this store and give her the weekend days off for work. Thank you *******.

We have been shopping a Jeromes for 34 years. We watched the company grow from 2 stores to 25 stores. We have always felt the price for value is good. However, while the company has grown significantly their customer service has not. In fact, we would rate the customer service of ********************** is far below par with other furniture stores, (i.e.: Mor, Bobs, ******* Living ********** recently spent several thousand dollars on a bedroom set. Sales person very nice and professional. Cashier a different story. First Jeromes machine wouldnt accept my check The cashier had a condescending attitude. I knew the check was good. She didnt seem to care whether or not the sale was made
