******* was very helpful and not pushy.He helped us with a special request and found the item at another ****** store. Because of ********* help, we placed our complete master bedroom order with him and his store.

Bad customer service and a product that even with a warranty is difficult to get proper help. The other issue is ******** does NOT Allow their customers to register or speak with anyone higher than a manager.. I have been in retail over 30 years and our customers were ALWAYS allowed to take any complaint to the top if needed.. This in my opinion is what makes this company deserving of only one star.

I wanted to share my experience with Jeromes Furniture. I would not recommend by any means to shop at this place the service and promises to solve the problem is just that a promise that never comes. I had purchase a bedroom set in 04/2021 and was told that my delivery was going to be at the end of May/2021 well the delivery never came and a courtesy call was never received that my set was behind schedule, then I had to call and the phone wait was over 1hr length so I had to stop by and was told that my set was not yet deliv... read more

This was my first time large purchase with Jeromes. . So far the experience has been good. The sales lady at the Laguna hills store was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted and helped me! I cant tell what the experience will be once the furniture is delivered and how I will feel about it. . That will be in 14 weeks.

I purchased a Sofa and Chair $2,700 was promised it would be delivered together.Was on back order waited 2 1/2 months.They delivered the couch .Had to wait another month for the chair.The ******* store manager no helpI.We can give refund .NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL..

Horrible ***************** We went to the tent sale at this location in the afternoon. We spotted a couch and loveseat we were interested in so we approached the sales rep there ********* to ask how much it was for the two. He said he would give it to us for $598. He seemed annoyed from the moment we approached him. I had a bad experience from ******** not following through with agreed upon terms during purchase about 11 years ago and had no intentions of buying from them again. With minimal furniture selections and extreme back order dates from the pandemic I went into a location to consider giving them a second chance.
