We have had a tree across the power lines laying across the road we have reported it. We are having to stop the kids from trying to climb on the tree so Im to the point now if someone gets hurts on it so be it. I hate feeling this way but dang is that what it takes to get someone to take care of the problem.

My street has no power and yet I'm surrounded by houses and apartments with power. JEA told me this morning that they had not even assessed the issue related to my street's outage so they couldn't give me a restoration time. I'm completely baffled as to how they can restore power to one street & not all surrounding streets.

Thank you for being prepared for this storm and bringing in extra crews! The outage response was amazing and quick. To only be without power for 12 hours during a major hurricane is unheard of. My family is very appreciative for all your hard work.
