Hey Jea get your shit together! There are only 3 houses on my street with no power right down the road from your station on Blvd Street! I've been without power and water for 3 days and your still saying I will not have utilities until the 11th of October? WTF

It's amazing how a mandatory evacuation site has power before a place that is nowhere near an evacuation site. It's been days. Our outage is a very obvious tree. And nobody has even stopped to look at it. Every where I go has power except my home. Seriously it's a giant freaking tree in the middle of the road like if you dont see it you're slamming into it.

Jea is the worst company ever. I get so angry not having a second electric company as an option in jax. There cs service sucks the people are rude sarcastic and inconsiderate. They will read you a script in a heart beat if they don't have a answer .. they scam u on your bill because u have no choice but to pay it ... worst company everrrrrr!!!!

I can do fine with my lights out but when it comes to a healthcare building with elderly people in it who have paid their dues in life, and the Mayor tells the public that these types of businesses will be a priority, either he is telling lies to appease the public OR JEA is not listening to him and following their on agenda, and this is after many calls to JEA and being told, after being made aware of the situation, that the would have to wait just like everyone else, so which is it, THE MAYOR or JEA?

I was without power for 30 hours. I however worked at a hospital for most of this time, and came home to no power though. I lost everything that was in my refrigerator, but I am grateful. I am grateful to JEA for being out last night at midnight restoring my power. We were all WARNED extensively of this possibilty, and told it could be DAYS before power could be restored. So thank you to the men and women at JEA for working as quickly as you could, in dangerous conditions, with trees down all over my neighborhood. I for one ... read more

A question for JEA, your outage map shows "fewer than 5 customers" out at 5400 Collins Lake Drive. This is a large apartment complex with hundreds of customers out of power. The estimated time to restore power is Tuesday, October 11. That's four days without power.

Jea was in the area earlier , restored power to everyone in oak harbor but about 3 streets with down power line in the sidewalk and just laying on the ground , one isnt even taped and goes across the road basically like a cars length High ... don't you think that's a priority and should of been taken care when you were already here !! Priorities !! Finish one are and move on . That's how shit gets forgot .
