My complaint isn't with the line men, or any of the hard working individuals that are out trying to restore power. My complaint is with the management of JEA, they are showing they do not have a full understanding of what is going on and are allowing misinformation to be released to the customers. I haven't had power for almost 96 hrs now, that doesn't bother me. What bothers me is the constant lies that have been told by supervisors and desiminated by the customer support staff. Guy's I'd be tickled pink to shake ya hands and give us a big thank y'all but I haven't seen any of your trucks around my neighborhood? California Ave. & April St. It's a poor neighborhood and it seems we just don't matter? Help please.
