We've lived in Jacksonville over 16 years and thru storms, hurricanes, questions and renovations JEA has always been there for us and so very helpful.
whats going on with these poles they put in people yards over 3 weeks ago not on city property but on private property inside of pole line where people can not move their yards

JEA OVER CHARGING THEIR CUSTOMERS DUE TO THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT!! It's illegal and should be against the law for JEA to decide that their product has been damaged or inaccurate and trying to charge me $ 66.35 more ($288.87)in my bill stating their back billing from August till Dec.
