Thank you to all of you who helped to restore power so quickly during Hurricane Irma! You ROCK!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I guess practice makes perfect. Less than 24 hours again this year!! Keep up the good work!
I was without power for less than 12 hours. That's pretty good considering there a 7 1/2 million people without power in the state of Florida and I was lucky enough to have JEA.
Thank you for getting our power back on today. A big shout out to your crews and all the mutual aid workers. I met a group from Michigan this morning and thanked them in advance.
JEA has always been quick to answer our questions. They also have been good at getting us back up ASAP after an outage. They try to be prepared at all times to restore service.
I think they do an awesome job!! Power companies do their best work under pressure!
JEA is amazing and provides the best customer service!! Thank you JEA!
I see all these 1 star reviews, but I've had nothing but good experiences with JEA. Just now our power went out right before Hurricane Irma, and they sent a crew out that worked until 2am to fix it! Thank you, guys and gals!
How do you go from being charged one amount one month And it doubles the next month when you did nothing different. Matter of fact it was lot less. This is ridiculous. And now I am getting a fuel charge..what the hell am I getting charged fuel for. I don't have gas I am all electric. JEA needs to be done away with. My bill is never constant. Terrible company.
JEA has a 3.2 star rating with 1,268 reviews.
JEA is closed now. It will open on Monday at 7:30 a.m.
