This is by far the worst utility company i have ever had to deal with. It sucks because there isn't another option. We are stuck having to use them. We have been out of power since 11pm Sunday and we still don't have power.

Lack of ETA on power restoration is ridiculous. Need to have better models regarding logistics and potential damage spots so these type of estimates can be issued in a timely fashion. They also need to critically evaluate this 2 phase assess and then repair process. Other utility companies assess AND repair at the same time with catastrophic events.
