I say you guys get a -1 in my opinion! How on earth does my neighbor whose line and my line feed off of the same pole have lights but we still don't have power!!!!! There is no down lines because you guys were out here at like 11-1230pm and fixed that line down on my street but I still have no power!! Ridiculous! But y'all have zero issues cutting people off with the quickness no matter the situation! Now all my food that I had is ruined not to mention my damn house feels like a damn oven and my oven don't even work because ... read more

Thank you JEA for your service! I do not have power yet, and I have been without power since Sunday; but I know you guys are working round the clock. With so much devastation that was seen in other areas, I am blessed. Homes lost, lives lost; and so much damage. I am so very thankful that all I have lost, is just my power. I will patiently wait. Thank you for your hard work!

Y'all quick as shit to cut off someone's power when they're late. But when everyone's calling you wondering where you're at. You can't even answer the phone, give b.s. excuses, and all you can seem to get done in 36 hrs is "assessing the situation" some one give me the number to those solar panel installers #GetMeOffTheGrid

36 hours after power went out and just over 24 hours since the storm passed and power is back. There were a lot of large trees and lines down in Mandarin and the response has been fantastic. This storm shouldn't have surprised anyone and we were prepared to go days without power, but are super grateful for the support of JEA and the linemen and women from all over the country that came to help.

Townsend Blvd is still without power and I see JEA driving past as if there is nothing wrong. Myself and the neighbors have reported the outage. I understand that you have your hands full, but why drive down a main road in the dark and not think to do something?

Thank you JEA. We were one of the thousands that experienced power outages. Still surprisingly fast on restoring with only a day and a half down. Very appreciated!!
