Half of these reviews must be jea workers because jea is trash I'm sure the linemen and workers in the field or whatever are doing their best but this company is run but idiots you had weeks WEEKS to prepare for this and I'm hearing it could be a week or more for power to be restored what where you doing with that time rolling joints and passing them around a table? Seriously gotta be one of the worst utility companies in America

Don't post links and advertise links to check on outage status updates and then not provide any updates. The same is true of the text for updates feature. I understand hurricane recovery can take awhile. It's. It my first rodeo but don't promise something (updates) and not deliver. This hasn't been a problem in any other Florida city I've lived in in the past.
