Been almost 48 hours still no power even tho everyone around me has power and they have taken my area off the map like wth i really appreciate yall but yall took us off and we still have no power
JEA not responsive and sharing information with customers as to what the issue is with their outage.....we understand winds caused power lines to come down but when you do not see JEA working in your area......Like a Ghost you wonder why you wait two days for power.... JEA after restoration you should survey the city of Jacksonville and get trees off your power lines to prevent some of this.......
