The car wash and granite store down the street has had power since last night. We however, are still out. Ridiculous. #priorities #jeafail #frigfoodistrashnow #getittogether
You guys are awesome. Thank you for working so hard in getting our power back on after Hurricane Irma. It is a lot of us without power and we understand that it will take you a few days to make everyone happy in Jacksonville. You guys are still out there risking your lives to help our community. Take your time and be safe.
Power was restored well before we thought it would be, thanks to all the linemen!
We been without power since Sunday we always get our power connected last, we live in century and hare st. I call plenty of times and is always a machine or they don't know when the power is getting restore.I was told by Jea themselves that they were 400 electricians working and I haven't seen not even one truck in our area.the temperature are rising in the houses JEA.are there 400 workers working in one area only really? I understand it was a major storm but is too hot to be without power.
Day 2 of no power other areas around us that's up the street have power I called jea to ask them what's going on and she says no crew has been assigned on Southside! Sad thing its 88 degrees today
Jesus people, calm down! You are out of power, THEY KNOW! You're not the only one to be without right now, there are currently 143,000+ customers without power. they don't need 140,000 of them complaining to them that they aren't fixing YOUR house right NOW. Honestly at this point if I were JEA i'd be watching this feed like a hawk looking for the ungrateful people and putting them at the bottom of the list to be repaired. We live in the largest city in the US this isnt just going to be a flick of a light switch.
To ALL that are slamming JEA ..I would like to THANK them for getting our power on...you guys w irk hard and I appreciate everything you did to get us up and going....THANK YOU..THANK YOU..THANK YOU....
Thanks so much to all of the hardworking linemen! Y'all have brought immeasurable comfort to my family by bringing us back on the grid! May you all be proud of your hard work, and find respite soon!!!
Grateful for JEA and all the workers that worked and are working after Hurricane Irma! Less than 48 hours without power... great!
