Denaud street-zip 32205. Our entire block still has no power yet all the surrounding areas do even an entire apartment complex. 2 days without power. Pole 51-11 an 52-31 have a wire wrapped around the transmission and breaker needs to be flipped up would take only 10-20mins to fix.

You seriously dropped the ball on this one and Matthew was much worse with less power outage. Get in gear now!
Thank you for all the hard work the entire staff at JEA does. Was down at 5 am and back up at 230 pm the next day. Kepp up the good work and stay safe out there.
I Am impressed! My power wasn't out for more than 24 hours. Thankful for all the hard working people that made this happen. You guys rock!
