We were without power for six days during Matthew and we didn't complain like some of y'all people after only a couple of days. Have some patience and understanding for the workers trying their best to get everyone back online. Be safe and keep up the good work, JEA.

Thank you JEA for all your hard work, both before and following Irma! When much of the state (over 45%) is still without power it's great to have JEA! Duval County, only 24% without power and more getting power back by the hour! Great job JEA!

In our area the outage map has constantly said for the two plus days, assessing situation, crew assigned, and update will be given. I have driven the outage area going to and coming from my 12+ hour emergency shifts and have yet to catch even a JEA or other repair vehicle in our area at all. I have asked people out working in the affected area and none ... read more

I have been lied to about power being restored. Other apartments, stores, street lights around me have been restored and I'm on day 2 no power. I was told @ 6 pm on 9/11 that my area was assigned to a crew and still no power. If they tell the truth it would make a difference. All they need to do is get more help. This is crazy.

I know they are working hard, but when you are told online a repair crew has been assigned to your outage and you call and find out it's not True, now that's just wrong.
