We have been without power since Sunday and here it is Tuesday and when I call all I get is a recording to say please be patient
I don't care if it takes an hour, a day, a week or a month to restore my power, but no one can give me even a rough estimate. I.e. Will it likely be ok by tomorrow morning or a week from tomorrow morning? Just any info and any response from JEA would be delightful. We have downed power lines and all.
