Need to hire more tech and prepare for disasters you are quick to take all our money but slow to restore services smh now y'all are going to expect payment on time next month but will have to replace all the food that has gone bad I have 1 year old twins and we have been in the dark for 2 days

These people SUCK even in emergency situations. Over charge and some how they manage to hand out fat bonuses every year. Give it up for your "NOT FOR PROFIT" electric company people ����
Only a day and a half of power and the power was on before lunch and before it got crazy hot, not bad after a bad storm! Thank you guys for leaving YOUR families to make sure my family is back comfortable with power! You guys are working hard and doing an amazing job!
