My power was only out for 5 hours during Irma. The wind was still blowing and I saw a truck out here. Go easy on these people, they have families too. Thanks JEA for doing a good job. �

Mad af, no food can't tell if water is clean to drink and even if it isn't can't boil it. I'm on us17 Astoria hotel and assisted living. Going on 36 hrs no power MY food is going to spoil so there goes my week supply of food... At the assisted living meds aren't being refrigerated due to power outage. These ppl are going to get sick and on top of that their food freezer isn't working (due to no power) so don't that make them important? Sad part this property is probably the last on the list cuz we last to show up on grid

We need power in brookview neighborhood off Atlantic between gate and krystals on Leon road...it would greatly b much appreciated if we could get ours back please.... Thank y'all very much & hope u all r safe in the proscess

I need my power and they keep lying to us saying they are going to fix it we are one of the only neighborhoods that dont have power
