For all the people complaining about JEA not giving timeframe and restoring power quickly enough, remember that this is not an easy job. If you think it is then let me see you climb these poles in the gusts of wind and work on wires that could potentially kill you and get bitched at that you're not working hard enough. Keep complaining about how these guys aren't doing their jobs I hope you're the last restored. I appreciate all of the hard work, but the most important thing was overlooked, keeping your customers informed!! Informing us that you are "working" is not sufficient!!

How can you restore my neighbors lights but not mine. This happened last year with Matthew. Now I'm 28hrs without lights. No warm water or anything. Yall say we need to be prepared. But everyone know every year there will be some type of hurricane or tornado that comes around this time. So y'all should already have a plan he'll. I'm disappointed in jea

Thank you to the JEA workers spending more time on the streets getting the power on, than they are spending with their own families. I would have rated 5 stars but i didnt want my brown nosing to be TOO obvious. (Cough cough collins rd cough cough)
