I have good service from JEA. They are responsive and helpful when you talk to a representative. I like them.
Water and especially the sewer rates are ridiculous. Live all US and never saw anything like this.
Worst company ever! After finding that I had 10 days to fix my jaws inside my meter box I began looking for quotes, only to find that within three days a man from JEA came to ask for a status with attitude toward my wife and threatened my 9 month pregnant wife that he was going to turn off my power. If you think about it JEA is joined at the hip with Florida Power and Light Company...that's a lot of POWER if you are the only energy company that monopolize the industry. I think I left in good standing with them. Hope that means something if ever I need their service again. Whew!

JEA has always taken care of all my concerns and needs. Anytime I have an issue their customer care has made sure that my issues are given prompt attention. Thank you for being there for Jacksonville.
