So after a crook opened my water faucet pouring 5000 gallons onto my mulch in one day the so sweet Jea people thought giving me 2.98 back for a forgiveness deal is appropriate. They say I only wasted 1000. Noooooo it was NOT. But hey they thought that was fair. Also you only get 2 forgiveness for leaks in a 36 month period. So I just wasted one for a whole 2.98. But guess what. They are still charging me sewage for that much. They are so quick to take away but slap you in the face with such a give back. Guess it will pay for... read more

Customer service personnel are not helpful. I called them today and they would not transfer me to the correct department. They said I needed to call again and push an option; however, it kept putting me through to a person. When I told them what was happening they just said "oh so sorry to hear that " in the most sarcastic way. We have been stationed all over the country and have never had a problem with an electric company as we have with JEA.

It is a SATURDAY and JEA crewmen have been outside our building since 745 IN THE MORNING jackhammering the road. With no warning, no notice. I am six months pregnant and work late shifts. I had been asleep for maybe 30 minutes. What is wrong with you?

They supposedly didn't receive payment when my bank has proof of payment so now I'm short of over $300 and no power and spoiled food. Thanks JEA for your awesome service and also not picking up your phones. *golf clap*

This power company has shown exceptional service for the community. A recent hurricane left many people, including myself, without power for hours, days, or even a week. JEA deployed units immediately to fix the issues present in the surrounding area. Power has been restored at a phenomenal rate. Individuals who have poorly rated and verbally abuse this company are quick to forget that these linemen are working through the night, in the weather, and without power as well. Perhaps the selfish should remember the selfless as I... read more

Thanks to crew 335 Bert Sparks for finally restoring power after 120 hours !! They even helped me carry gas to my house as they were blocking the street! JEA crews worked their butts off to restore all the power outages while their management or should I say mismanagement spent their time lying to everyone about the status of our outages. First, will be fixed by Sunday noon, then assessing, then assigned but no idea when, then Monday Midnight, then a supervisor says "no idea", then Tuesday midnight and all this time our area... read more

JEA CEO and othet upper management personnel are incompetent. The actual wokers are incredible. Part of my street on Olga Place in Riverside still has no power. There are no downed trees. We were told at first we were "low priority". Now, they're saying that our issue is more complicated. Yet, anothet lie. Yes, someone came out last Saturday, and evaluated the priblem...transformer. No other complications. JEA has shown their incompetence, not only for this storm, but for every storm we have had in the past.
