After the hurricane, I did not get my electricity back for days, but it didn't matter. I constantly saw JEA trucks all over the place, at all hours, diligently working to get power restored to friends and loved one. It wad great knowing that in times of trouble, JEA was prepared and there for us. Thank you, JEA and thank you to all of your families who had to do without you, so all of Jacksonville can have power.
Beautiful day today. Haven't seen the FIRST bucket truck on Geraldine Dr today or since the storm came thru. Now they've resorted to I'm Sorry but I have no info for you.
Your outage map is a lie. We lost power during hurricane Matthew and you are showing our neighborhood has power. Stop lying to boost your percentage. Please just restore power and give accurate repair times. I am disappointed in how you have handled this situation.
Infrastructure improvements are required to accommodate the rapid growth that Jacksonville has experienced over the last 10 years. In addition the data system used by J EA to report to its customers is severely flawed. In many cases bad information has been delivered to its customers knowingly. .I believe this is the reason for the significant amount of frustrate expressed by the customers.
Wasn't right I went until 4am this morning to get power. I was out since Friday. Very disappointed with you all. You are quick to charge us for our mistakes but yet I doubt if you'll do anything for your customers. Then your automated system is HORRIBLE... I kept getting a text that my address had power. Thank God I checked with my neighbors and they confirmed you were incorrect before I drove 30 minutes home to have to turn around and go back to a place with electric. Then I called your customer service line and they confir... read more
Upset that they lied about having crews out around the clock. I don't have power and the JEA trucks left hours ago. We don't matter. My insulin spoiled I'm on an insulin pump. If I die will it matter? Obviously not.
Didn't like the misinformation but I'm am thankful to the workers who had nothing to do with the misinformation and restored my power, Thank You!!
Thank you for all that you're doing for everyone in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas ...
Praise all the linemen working on our lights but the call center needs to work on their people skills
