Terrible service!!!! Telling people that you will have all power restored by 11:59 tonight the 10th! We have actual poles down in our neighborhood and at least 50% of the people in the 32216 neighborhood have NO power. Why would you tell people lies????? Will be voting no on ammendment 1 , why support a company that deceives it customers.

Well after walking my neighborhood and counting alteast 20+ trees down and probably 7+ powerlines lying on streets the day after the Storm, I definitely thought it would be Wednesday before JEA would be able to restore my power, but they delivered,kicked Ass & got our lights back on early this morning. Good Job & a big Thank You for the speedy response and clean-up.
