Its 1030 at night and they just left our neighborhood, thank you so much for working so hard for everyone!
Terrible service!!!! Telling people that you will have all power restored by 11:59 tonight the 10th! We have actual poles down in our neighborhood and at least 50% of the people in the 32216 neighborhood have NO power. Why would you tell people lies????? Will be voting no on ammendment 1 , why support a company that deceives it customers.
Well after walking my neighborhood and counting alteast 20+ trees down and probably 7+ powerlines lying on streets the day after the Storm, I definitely thought it would be Wednesday before JEA would be able to restore my power, but they delivered,kicked Ass & got our lights back on early this morning. Good Job & a big Thank You for the speedy response and clean-up.
Thank you JEA..We were out of oxygen for my sister in law and were about to go to the fire department and BAMM WE HAVE ELECTRIC....The days without finally Gone..
My power never went out but I just wanted to let you know that y'all have done an amazing job. Everyone who has something bad to say should have listened when they where told it could take days. Keep up the great work!
