Thank you to your entire staff for their incredible and tireless work before, during and after Hurricane Matthew. We know many were away from family and worked in treacherous conditions on behalf of all of us. We are all fortunate to have such dedication. You should be very proud. I hope you get rest soon!
I just want to reach out and thank everyone at JEA who is working non-stop to restore power for all of us after Hurricane Matthew. Our neighborhood is off 210 and I saw the tree take down the wires and literally snap the concrete power pole off the top... it was insane. They had to put up a whole new pole and fix it... they did an amazing job!!!! I can't even imagine how hard the work must be.... you guys are SO great and SO appreciated! THANK YOU!!!!!
I cannot believe that I already have power. My family and friends all have power. Thank you lineman from near and far that have worked tirelessly to get all this work done! We are blessed. I'm sure there's plenty of work to do still. Having power is a little thing that is such a relief. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Stay safe ladies and gents!
Thank you for your hard work over the past few days with the hurricane. We were without power for 37 hours, but your crews have worked feverishly to restore power and still are! Thanks, JEA!
You need competitors... would give us competitive pricing, and faster restore services after a storm... bc this is getting annoying!
I can't imagine how hard everyone has had to work these last couple of days. I am so thankful for your hard work. I am not sure people understand the magnitude of what had to be done. Just wanted to thank you for a fast and amazing job restoring power to those of us who lost it.
My street has been without power since 1 p.m. Friday. I heard a transformer blow by one of the houses. Several trucks have drove down Merrill road but not one truck has driven though my neighborhood to at least assess the situation. How is it houses in evacuation zones have power already in my area doesn't? And why is it whenever any kind of storm comes through Jacksonville my street loses power? If we are on a weak grid wouldn't it make sense to strengthen our grid?
Had two tickets. First time wasn't fixed but it was before estimated time. Second time way before estimated time. JEA works are doing a awesome job restoring power as quickly as possible.
We've been without power for 2 days. I haven't seen one jea truck in my neighborhood. I agree with the pecking order comments. I don't think anyone would be upset to know they were working on the outages as they have been reported and not because of the side of town you live on.
