My area has 1700 without power but jea is deciding to work on areas with less people without power. My est is fin tuesday 10/11/16. Now 36hours no power. Supposed to work on areas with lines down first, well we have a line down still since the storm at 32211 playa way and caliente dr. Get over here fix this damn mess now.

A coaching opportunity is what I’m told is to happen with an employee giving wrong information that affects a family and supervisor James has nothing to say!! I bet a lawyer and the media would have a lot to say!!! That sounds like the route to go!!!!!

Had power come back in only was out a few hours we are in an evacuation zone and power was back on yesterday love and thank you JEA for all your hard work plz don't let the negative comments fool you u are the savior a in this storm

I'm giving 5 stars solely based upon the fact that JEA has the hardest working people around, especially after Hurricane Matthew ~ thanks for restoring power so quickly!!
