After Hurricane Matthew we lost power like so many others. Within 6 hrs after the storm passed we had power. Awesome Job linemen!

I was also informed that I was being charged for a deposit which I was originally assured would not be required. Thank you JEA crew for getting power back on, great work!
Thank you for getting our power back on so quickly after the storm and for being so clear and organized with communication before, during, and after Hurricane Matthew. I know you all have family and friends you'd rather be with during the hurricane but instead you are out there making sure your community has power. Thank you so much for all of your hard work! It has not gone unappreciated.
