I've watched my areas ticket disappear 3 times already and have yet to even see a jea truck in the area since you guys came one time and fixed half the power and then left... Baymeadows and south side still does not have power( hunters ridge mainly ). For all I know it could be a quick fix! I've sent in videos and posted tickets and no response yet... why would you not fix a complete area before moving to the next? It would save more time and a hassle of jumping around... you guys lost my respect so far, keep it up...
JEA and the crews from out of town, you all did a marvelous job after hurricane Matthew. My family is thankful for you and your families. Truly appreciate your dedication to your city.
Thank you JEA for your help with this storm! You are true heros!
I hope y'all know that my circuit is connected to all the traffic lights on Beach and St. Johns Bluff Road you're going to cause a lot of accidents if the power don't get up soon.
My power was projected to be restored by the 11th, however JEA sent out a fleet and began engaging in working hard to figure out the solution. My power was restored @ 14:30 today! Great job! My wife and I plus our 11 month old thank you thank you JEA!
When I found out my power was out when we were evacuated for hurricane Matthew, I expected it to be out for days or even weeks like the news said. Our house didn't go 24 hours without power! We didn't even lose anything in the fridge or deep freezer! Way to go JEA! Thank you for your hard work!
I'm truly amazed at the speed in which our power was restored after Hurricane Matthew. Thank you, JEA!
We had power throughout Matthew and then pouf in the middle of the night we lost it... and the estimated time to get power restored was 10/11 .. that's 3 days ya'll... ouch.. Driving around town I have seen countless JEA trucks and sure enough they came through for us a bit more than 12 hrs after the outage... THANK YOU JEA.. I know that many folks are still without power but I still want to tip my hat to the men and women working this hurricane.. Thank you for what you do.. most of these people would probably rather be home... read more
JEA came around my neighborhood weeks back and removed trees from the lines and replaced some of the poles. Because of this we never lost power during hurricane Matthew.
