I had a party for my granddaughter with a water slide. I called to try to get a credit on my bill as they charged for sewer when NONE of the water went down their sewer... the rep was rude and advised they don't do this... Yet they'll credit your account for filling a swimming pool and you actually use that water. They also charge $1.53 every day as misc charge that I get NOTHING for... These people financially rape people. Especially, when you fall on hard times. They will add extra deposits and all kinds of extra fees to your bill. How they expect these people to get out of a hole when they automatically dig it deeper for you is beyond me.

How hard is it for me to just give you money and in turn I use your water? Your payment system/online account system needs serious improvement. Why is it that FPL will waive a deposit if you elect for automatic withdrawal but JEA doesn't even have the option for Automatic withdrawal? I own my home, why is it I even need to pay you a deposit. One that you hold onto for 2 years?
So we get a main water line break and is flooding our entire yard, cut the water to the house and still water is flooding yard. Call at 0900 and still nobody is here at 1230. So no water to use in the house probably well over a thousand gallons of water in the front yard which JEA says we will have to pay for it and they have no Clue when somebody will come. I could type more but I got to take my two little kids to a gas station to get water and to use the potty
I'm giving one star just because it is impossible give zero! JEA is charging me $ 304 for a service never done. I had requested to turn the electricity on in one of my rental properties, but I canceled the request at the same day (I've all emails sent by JEA with these confirmations). I'm still waiting a new bill with the right amount.
Any reason why Jea keep turn power on and off..Do you wanna buy me all new equipment everytime you tards do this?
