I think because we have no other source of energy except JEA, everyone needs to stop complaining. These are people working behind the scenes doing their best. Yes I have had to wait hours and was hot and was even upset but this is life and we must prepare by getting our hearts right first. Remember prayer is the answer for change

I absolutely despise this company!!!! It's like you charge whatever you feel like charging because one month it's $300 and the next almost $600!?! How does the bill get higher on certain months when we know for a fact that we used less energy???
Thank you JEA! The electric usage was $25, and the water and sewage use was ZERO gallons.... but you manage to charge $118.00 for the month of July. What an awesome company!!
Money suckers who do not care about families. I would love to be able to call them but I cant because they are only open the times im at work! HOW WONDERFUL.
The technicians are brave! I just watched a man weather a huge thunderstorm and work through pouring down rain/lightning and thunderstorm to restore my power. I thank you for the diligence and bravery of working through such a nasty storm...I would of happily waited it out. New appreciation for what you do, again, THANK YOU!
