I think JEA is bankrupting families! They have ruined Roosevelt Blvd guess who pays us our cars get more n more damage every bump our cars drive over! What was a SMOOTH ride s now damaging to all those who drive this area daily! Rude and disrespectable workers on Hamilton Rd where its taking them over two months now to do a three week job! Hit our street signs and leave them for someone else to clean up! I think JEA is a money hungry business that is ruining our city!

JEA bites. Poor customer service means I have to pay for their failure. So thanks for that. As soon as I have another option, I will exercise it, and I will do my best to convince everybody I know to do the same.

They say they're community they could care less, and they're non profit, all lies, i can't wait for Jacksonville to get another power company, im the first one to leave JEA, then maybe they will start treating the customers better and act like they care

JEA is a terrible company. Costs of utilities are too high and they take advantage that is the only provider in Jacksonville. I moved to my new place on March 18 and asked to get service off the last place on the 19th and just got a bill for April thru June! Wth! Took me 30mins on the line to get it "fixed" but supposedly I wont see it fixed till the next bill.

Until recently I have no issue with Jea apart from their charges- the monopoly certainly works for them! However, last week I had a knock on the door and a Jea technician wanted to cut off my water without any notice or emergency situation....come on guys, I understand that maintenance work etc needs to be done but us mortal folk do plan their days to expect a little notice please.
