You DEFINITELY take advantage of your monopoly. Customer service is terrible, rates are outrageous, bills never go down no matter how much you conserve.
Just because you have no competition in the neighborhood does not mean you can royally shove everyone in Duval county up the rear with your ridiculous and nonsensical rates, while your rude employees sit at their desks all day laughing and waving their $5,000 christmas bonuses in our face. JEA is just an example of American capitalistic greed at it's finest. Would give you 0 stars if I could.
