JEA is so fast at fixing outages of electricity, back in Michigan we would have went days with no power, but here on Christmas morning they had it back on in a few hours. Kudos to all their hard working linemen!!!
JEA sucks I called about a limb hanging in the street resting on their power lines. The came and took it down and threw it in my yard. Lazy bastards couldn't put on the curb.
Customer service is horrible. Wish there was another company in town. Would do business with them in a heartbeat.
I was one month behind on my payment ( currently paid in full ) and now they want a two month deposit. JEA is no better than the Mob in extorting money from there customers. Wish I can go back to FPL, they had great customer service.
Jea is horrible the customer service blows they always have power outages like right now the est hold time is 4 hours!!!! I can't even feed my newborn son because they fucked something up again. I never had so many issues with Beaches Energy!!
Horrible service! Uses the excuse of it being the hottest month of the year when lived efficiently, and we have a higher bill than my brothers house which is 3 times as big! Thanks to those who do not pay their bill, JEA thinks they can make it up by charging up those who do. I can't wait to move to Clay county.
Planned outages to connect major sites...Like Walmart on Collins Road without telling your customers is VERY VERY VERY Rude....on a Friday workday you pull power at 6am to 7 am ? could not be other than a planned outage,,was anyone told beforehand? we could have at least gotten up early for showers and coffee..Thanks for nothing...
Anyone who gave 5 stars to these thieves is full of shit.
