I don't know how to thank you enough. Hurricane Matthew hit Jacksonville and we were out of power for 6 hours. We were told we would regain power at 10.8 4:52a and my power just came on at 10:00p on 10.7.16. Thank you to your crews and men and women helping and restoring all the power in jax!!
They turn off my power. Ut never gets knocked off by storms. I heard you turn it off. Not only is it raining, but you guys turned off the traffic lights on top of it im so pissed off right now JEA. Im so mad.
JEA was out restoring our power ahead of the storm. They came in force with at least 4 trucks at 3am. Super happy that We at least get to have power until Matthew comes!
