if I could rate it a zero I would. You price gauge, in order to keep my bill low, I can't use my stove or central air. You charge large deposit fees more than once in a 3 month time frame, without even contacting the customer, like you expect people to just have that kind of money laying around. Then when you call and speak with a "supervisor" they have no clue what they are talking about. Service itself is outstanding, however, if you are in the Navy and are given Change of Station orders they will not work with you on a late payment, if a bill is not forwarded in a timely manner. I changed my address with the post office and did not receive the bill in time. Not my fault BUT since I didn't call JEA and let them know the address was changed they will not work with me to remove this mark on my credit.

JEA sucks here it is a cold super bowl Sunday 16 minutes until the game starts and power is out. When you call them they have no sense of urgency.

I checked my bill Sunday night and its was $269 ....I check today and its almost $400!? This has happened twice now. Bill says one thing one day, and a day or two later, BAM surprise. JEA is a joke and gets away with ripping customers off because there's no other option!
