JEA Always charges so much and they are never willing to help on anyway to lower your bill. We have been getting huge bills for the last few months, I really don't understand because we are almost never home we are not using all that electricity that they are charging us for...

When I walked into the building I was greeted by the security officer. She was very friendly. Short line and in and out within 15 minutes. Hadn't been inside the building in over eight years.
I Love Jea!! 14 years at current address and only lost power twice!!! Both times it was fixed within an hour!!! The electric guys ROCK!!!
Guys, these new LED streetlights are destroying neighborhoods. They can't have been designed for residential use. Our street looks like a prison yard. This is the image of JEA in the community- these blindingly horrible out-of-place streetlights invading homes all across town.
JEA is the only source for Electric and water in jacksonville. We don't have a choice, so theres no need to advertise. Stop wasting our money on advertising, to tell us you are one of the lowest in the nation every time you raise our rates.
