Very few electrical problems in my 40 plus years of service, Storm issues are handled ASAP, Employees are very easy to talk to!

You all are con artist. I was told 67 dollars would cut my power back on and I would have 25.00 credit. I pay 80.00 and then transfer my service so then I was going to have $5 plus the extra now you want to say it was 14 dollar connection fee. The app says I only use 3.74 yesterday you cal in and it’s 8 so now my family is scrambling to try and keep the lights on because of this mess. This is how you treat people can’t afford you $200 dollar deposit you screw with them because there is no recourse
jea is doing something fishy. my bill every month goes up. keep in mind it's January have no a/c going. was away for 2 weeks. 2 people in the house. and I get my December bill. 340.00. That's crazy. looking to contact state to audit there record's cause something isn't right.

So I got a message left and my phone that said my power was being cut off today. So I called thinking it was some kind of mistake and they tell me I have not paid for the past three months of course I have a bill that shows I am currant and a bank statement that shows my last payment was paid on the 10th. I am without power and a new born! We just moved to our new house today. At 12:00am. They said they would have it on by today! They said they can’t turn my power on until Monday!!! So I have to sit in the dark with a baby for THREE days??? This is a utility company! There has to be someone who can temporarily turn on my power until Monday! I know someone can what if there is a massive outage. They would not just abandon the switches for 4 days! Please help!!!
