My business has been without power over 24 hours, the story has changed as to why the power is out, the estimated time of being fixed has changed 10x in the last 24 hours, we are looking at 2 days of lost revenue and total loss of inventory and the supervisor is too busy to call me back. How you guys are handling this makes me sick!

They overcharge! Just saw a story on the news about their claiming they’re losing millions. Customers are trying reduce energy costs so JEA is losing money. So they wanna turn around and raise utilities by $500 a year?!?! Look on the inside! Why do your top people need to make $330,000 and $400,000 a year??? They’re paying some of their people too much. Why don’t we have a choice of JEA or FPL? I’ve heard FPL is much better and less expensive with better service and better customer service.

first of all it all we have. 2nd, it should not take 9 hours to fix a problem for only 58 customers. my division has been without power since 6 and the estimate time moved from 8 to 11 to 3am in the morning.

I would like to know what's going on near Deer Wood and Southside that keeps knocking our power out. This is the 3rd time in as many weeks.

Out of 8 states I'm convinced my electricity runs off a Potato science experiment. I've never lost power so frequently in my life

We have lived in same house for 40 years and seem to be on same antiquated transformer! It is first to go and last to be fixed! Today with no real storm we have been out of service for 2 hours☹️ I have been told that there are 35 homes still on this equipment which is about half of our subdivision!! Why can we all be on the good stuff? We supposedly have underground equipment!! We also are in s flood prone area and our pump system we installed goes out with the power😢

Jea is the slowest, worst electric company in the United Sates. They expect you to pay your bill on time, but if the power goes out don’t expect them to fix it in a timely manner. I really wish there was another electric company in Jacksonville Florida.

JEA is an absolute joke. they overbilled my account due to an admitted problem with their system. they said my account would get a $700/credit, but then added that amount to my next bill. They are an absolute joke!
