Thanks for cutting our internet line and leaving. My husband (our only income) works from home, and now we’re losing money because of your reckless technicians. I hate JEA.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Spoke to three different reps and every one of them said, "I don't know" and/or "I can't see that information." I would love to know what information the phone reps actually do know and see. I worked in a call center for years and never could I have told people "I don't know" and still had a job. But as we all know with monopolies, customer service doesn't matter.

JEA acts like they are a private entity. They are not. I expect that many lawsuits will be forthcoming.

I was a contracted employee through Aeortek that was terminated on June 21 2019, along with other co workers for failing an assessment test!

it's taken over five hours now for them to electronically restore power on an electric meter which is literally just a push of a button they did seem not to care that I had an infant in the house and it was 90 degrees Fahrenheit. operator basically said it wasn't her problem and it was on the technical staff what's hours are from 7 to 7. also got some super sketchy exposed electrical wire leads going to my house
