You guys are trash, updated my payment information on the account, and you STILL bounced a payment off the old account after sitting on the phone for an HOUR with you. Oh, how kind of you to give a measly $20 credit to help "Fight financial crisis during COVID-19". You're a joke, keep your money, and I hope this investigation into your company takes you for everything you are and have.

All other electrical companies during this time have been offering discounts and offering to work with their customers however Jacksonville electrical authority has been warning customers that their bills may be higher due to the stay-at-home Order and a hotter March. This company is all about profit and doesn't care about their customers, it's a complete joke.
