The worst utility company I've ever dealt with. It's a monopoly full of crooked people. Whether it's the unnecessary fees, terrible customer service, charging for sewer even when it's the irrigation system... too much crap. Jacksonville needs another company in town to disband this mess.

Apparently they have spam calling system using their number and claimed to tell me it’s untraceable and they have warned public. I pay every month and never late, you’d think they would be able to track that scam down but nope they are just a huge monopoly.

completely over priced and the worst service I've ever dealt with in my life. good luck getting anybody to help you or their website actually work for them to send you a letter to let you know what's going on nope they will just turn your s*** off when you don't even expect it and then they will give you an extremely high bill that you don't have the money to turn it back on with

What a joke I’m on a payment plan because someone else had my power switched off because they had the wrong address !!!! Now my power is being shut off when I didn’t even make the mistake in the first place and paying for something that isn’t my fault just to avoid the argument.!!! Because it was paid a day late. I work for a law form and this is super wrong ! Will be filing a case TODAY!

Jea is a joke ... you let your customers think due to the situation that you will work with them , you let them get behind, and then while we are still dead in the midmiddle of this pandemic you start shutting people's power off . your payment plans a joke , your not letting people pay what they can your forcing them to pay what you want . And you know when I realized yall weren't charging the "convince" fee , I was like well atleast that's something, but here you go back to charging it , some people are doing worse now then... read more

Was told I need to pay at least 1000$ when I just payed 800$ on Friday to keep my power on in a double wide trailer and your customer service staff are rude and don’t care. Would get another power company if I could this is absurd
