There was a broken pipe on the sidewalk in front of my house and they are charging me for the usage of over 132,000 gallons of water even tho within an hour of being told about the issue I had plumbers fix the issue. Now they want me to pay a $1,300 bill and threatened to shut off my service even tho I pay my bill every month which is ridiculously high and they claim is because of previous usage for the past five years even tho I only been there less than a year.
