Horrible customer service reps act like they don’t care don’t know anything .. have a billing problem they try anything not to refund your money back to you.. horrible company
just sad we have no other options here in Jax .. after 35 years of service ...20 at the same address...one bank error ...now I have a $600 deposit I have to pay...and they told me they would shut it off if I didnt pay ...theses guys are theifs...I dont know what I'm going to do ...I called them and explained the situation ...but they dont care ...at all ...just sad
They are just awful overall. We need a 2nd option, especially for a city this big.
Why did my water and sewage double for no reason? Tried calling today and can’t get thru, on hold for over 5 mins and the call gets dropped.
The biggest rip off next to insurance! Can’t wait until someone sues them. Service is too expensive and they take advantage of residents because they know we have no other option!
Provide same level of electrical uptime we had for 27 years prior to the 2 hours after Matthew in 2016, ever since our service and uptime SUCKS!
JEA emailed me 12+ times back to back this morning waking me and my husband up on the one morning we get to sleep in! The best part is you’re asking us to take a survey for an account from TWO YEARS ago when we don’t even live in Florida anymore. Beyond annoyed.
I'd rather take my chances on solar power and rainwater than to rely on JEA. You know how you see crappy reviews on websites and you think to yourself "oh it can't be that bad"? JEA is THAT BAD. The customer service is God awful and the prices are even worse.
