I wanted to thank the work crew who came out last night after our electric post was struck by lightning from the storm! They came out as soon as the firetruck put the fire out and left, and within 1 hour my power was restored! THANK YOU!!
Most horrible customer service ever!! Sir and hold for 30 minutes only to be transferred somewhere to hold for another 20 minutes and then the phone hangs up!!! HORRIBLE customer service ever!!! I pray someone comes in and buy them out of here!!!
Thank GOD I don’t have real children! However I have plenty of fur babies and it’s over 100 degrees in Florida and JEA can’t seem to restore power to those with the pay-as-you-go feature. I’ve been dripping sweat since I got off work in my own home. So we all paid hours and hours ago and have been stuck dripping sweat in unbearable heat. I’ve been in my car for AC for over an hour. How am I supposed to sleep tonight? So much for work tomorrow! This is a MASSIVE screw up and I AM PISSED!!!!!!!!
service sucks, take it or leave it attitude
a quick storm blew through and a smallish tree fell down the road. theres only 2 other power outages in ALL of Jacksonville on the map, at 4 it said restoration time was 5:30 at 6 it said 6:30 and now it's saying 9:30. and 5 hours and 3 different crews later all they've accomplished is cutting the tree up. hate to see how they handle a hurricane.....
To be replaced completely, it’s a rip off and unfortunately we have no other choice!
Instead securing my meter box during meter installation while box was already open, their so-called specialist left this notice. I wonder if they use robots to do this job. What qualification do these meter specialists have? They can’t even tighten two screws that they broke loose. I bet they also demand $15 minimum wage. We now need to call these electric companies, schedule appointment, pull permit, call city official to open, inspect, close the meter box for TWO SCREWS. It’s so unfair we don’t have a choice of the electric company we use because JEA obviously over charges. This month I have a $62 sewer charge and I don’t water my grass and the same three people live in my house nothings changed other then we did put water in our pool which does not cause them to have to do anything with it so we’re being overcharged for sewer so they can pay their executives 200 $300,000 a year to sit around and do nothing this company sucks someone please bring us Florida power and light!!!!!
