Power is outrageously expensive. Now, they want to place high voltage power lines in my backyard. They told the residents there would be a meeting about the issue less than week before, so it was difficult to make arrangements to get there. I do not support their project.
Our first bill when we moved into our new home Feb 2018 was over $500 prorated, our 2nd bill for a full 30 days was over $900. Turns out builders set sprinklers for 7 days a week running twice a day! Then a construction truck ran over a sprinkler head which busted the pipe underneath soil and caused more water to be wasted during watering times. They refuse to contain the stank. It rots the air and seeps into your home.
by quiting pro rating saying that my bill is estimated off everyone elses and its not fair if some pay less or more then you charge people and not tell them. and then yall have an error and we have to deal with it. myway is suppose to be prepay not we take what we want and if its to much or to less then you get credited or charged its not right and i also dont understand how i got charged more on a day in the 40 and 50 degree days then on a 28 degree day makes no sense i wish there was conpetion against jea were we didnt hav... read more
Jan 16 at 11:00 I just got cut off by a driver before a railroad tracks. Then he made a right turn on Broadway from lane at a red light and didn't stop or use any turn signals at all neither time. Then made a call and then got run around to who to complain to and never got to make a complaint.
Jea has been the worse of the worse company ever. This company rob us every single day and no matter what you do you will NEVER save money with your electric bill because they just won’t let you. My picture show you 2 different month. In their eyes the last one is more (I had a water pipe burst)but yet they seem to still charge me just about the same🤔,My first bill was 2 something the next two bills are 3 something and guess which one they seem to charge me from now on? Needs better customer service. I swear it seems they will hire anyone.
Quit building inefficient, expensive land and wildlife intrusive solar farms. Jea is putting one on our once quiet dead end street neighborhood. Now logging trucks are coming up and down our roads before 6am until dark! Fish Rd is a residential road. Come in from Pritchard if you must. Next step the news media.
In early October they said my household used 29,000 gallons of water & sewage, & more than doubled our bill. When we called to advise them of the construction going on in our neighborhood & that we didn't use that much, they had us send an e-mail requesting for an adjustment. About a month & a half of not hearing something, they credit us back $73. YOU CHARGED US OVER $200 DOLLARS MORE THAN ANYTHING WE TYPICALLY USE!
