Put in a request for confirmation of the stop date for service at my old apartment and received it within hours. They also do well during the hurricanes to get the power back up. MyBudget and Autopay are helpful.

This company ONLY cares about the money. They charge WAAAY too much for services. I never paid this much in Michigan. I paid much less for my 5 bedroom house than I do now for this much smaller 3 bedroom apartment. They do not offer budget plans based on usage at other electric companies do so you can have a fixed bill every month to help budget your electric bill.

Always loosing power. And always the last ones in our area to get it back on. JEA has got to get there shit togeather.

If you put $50 I’m your myway account it’ll last you two weeks, if you put $200 on your account it’ll also last you two weeks. Then when you call like what the heck they basically just tell you they can’t help you it must be right. Went out of town for a week and turned everything in the house OFF and got charged more than if we had been home. Called to see why and the lady’s answer was “I don’t know what to tell you” so I made a comment about “well you guys have got our money and can do whatever you want I guess” and she sa... read more

First off JEA is a rip off. If I didn't need they service I will not have it. They will lie to you and then think they are doing you a favor. I don't recommend them to nobody.
