I have lived in my home for 13+ years and have no memory of ever receiving a bill stating I accrued $400 to $500 in usage even when the temperature has dropped as it did this winter. It also seems odd to me that this occurred just as JEA is looking to be sold.
Pissed off about my bill they charging extra because of the cold temps we've had that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of there is absolutely know reason for everyone bill to go up twice as much as the month before and you can not come up with a logical explanation for it ��� but I bet the employees will get there raises this year
Customer service is incompetent and rude. Not sure what the qualifications are for that position.
My bill was up by $150 this month when our A/C hasn’t even been running and we have had the heat on twice! Our bill should be down.
JEA fuck u.. $410.00 for one month.. .I have never had a fuckin bill this damn high I'm at work 12 hours out the day and when I'm home I'm sleep... y'all getting over on people forreal..... I can't wait til we get another electric company I'm leaving y'all bitch ass real quick.
