Pretty bad to cut power one month past due with no notice. Jea is horrible.
Several unexplained power outages in our area the last four days.
Our house has had an outage every day, multiple times a day, for the last two weeks. We actually had to go purchase a UPS to protect our expensive equipment from being fried, something we’ve never had to do before now. I understand that during hurricanes and emergency situations, the linemen work hard to restore power. But, with zero extreme weather conditions since the last hurricane, and mostly sunny weather for the last month or so, this amount of outages is absolutely unacceptable. Worst power company ever!!! Screw us over again and again
1 star is too generous. prices are insane and you clearly don't look at the meters. your stupid fucking truck comes out way too often and pumps the sewer or something. they block the driveway and my whole house literally shakes. my pets freak out scared. i work nights and they always show up around when i go to sleep. i hate jea so much. P.S. tell your workers to get the fuck out of my yard beyond the sewer area. it literally stinks like shit right now from methane gas and backed up water, this happens every time.
