After JEA replaced my water meter my bill went from $50. A month to $600. A month! Trying to get them to fix this issue is useless! They say I have a leek, however no leek can be found anywhere! I have tried to file a complaint but have been unable to contact any one to file the complaint! I contacted the Mayors office and complained to them, waiting for them to get back to me. Next stop is the media!

Why is it okay for you to inconvenience your customers by overcharging them especially after such an event as Irma. Livid that my bill is the highest it has ever been even though we were without power for several days. Fix it.
