They became just like Comcast. Expensive, fake and ruthless. No sense for the community. Some things they are doing should be illegal. But hey, that's how it is when corruption is at large ... shame on you, and shame on us because we pay our bills every month. I wish I could have another option.

Residential irrigation water rates are outrageous. First bill was for @34 just for reclaimed (?) water. 42000 gallons in 25 days, system not running every day??? Never trust JEA again!!
Not sure if you all just don't care about customers service since their is no competition for the service you provide to Duval county residents but you all have the WORST customer service reps I have encountered in my lifetime. Do better JEA.

Horrible service. I've gotten 5 different excuses on why my power is out on a sunny Sunday and will not be back on until 2 in the morning. 4 of the excuses revolve around there equipment failure but they call it a "normal" outage.
