I don't have anything to said about the power services, but the water services my meter in under a lot of sand how in the world they supposely read my water meter and every time they charge me more and more even when we where out of the house and in an another state for almost 2 weeks

JEA was on top of things after the hurricane. Communication with customers needs improvement. The Storm Workers were Wonderful and worked very hard long hours. Thank you to them!!
Thankful JEA decided to not restore my power tonight. When you do, make sure to run the wire between the trees again.
